I’m Ievgen, owner of I Do Home Inspections. I bring a technical background in civil engineering, construction/project management, and software-based documentation. Every inspection is performed under the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board Standards of Practice.

I started this business to give buyers and sellers a clearer, more practical understanding of the houses they are about to buy, sell, or continue living in. The goal is straightforward: document what is visible, explain it in plain language, and help clients move forward with more confidence.

My inspection philosophy is to be thorough, communicative, and independent. I do not perform repairs on inspected homes. My role is to provide an independent visual inspection and clear documentation, not code enforcement, engineering certification, or repair pricing advice.

I am owner-operated — when you call or text, you reach me directly. You will never be handed off to a subcontractor or another inspector.
