Why me
An inspection is only as good as the inspector.
A home is the biggest purchase most people make. Here’s what you get when you book with me.
Inspector reviewing hand-drawn building plans at a workbench with tools
An engineering-trained eye
A Master of Science in Civil Engineering and years on residential and commercial development across the Carolinas. I know how homes are built and where corners get cut under deadline pressure.
Hands-on builder
I’m an active owner-builder who pulled every permit — building, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical — on my own project. I know the trade systems I walk into firsthand.
No conflicts, no handoffs
I don’t perform repairs on homes I inspect and I don’t pay referral fees. Book with me and you reach me directly — no coordinator, no subcontractor.
From the Studs Up
I’ve built from the studs up — not just inspected.

As an active owner-builder I pulled every permit — building, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical — on my own project. Here is some of that work behind the walls I now inspect for you.
